As we have seen an incredible growth story already in Finland, PROfeel® has been separated to be it’s own growth focus area and 100% Valio owned legal entity with rapid international growth ambitions. Our net sales has grown from 15 MEUR to 100 MEUR in 6 years (2018-2025) and we currently have sales in 10 countries. In the coming years, we will continue to expand the PROfeel® brand by opening new markets and investing in the sales growth of existing markets. Our team is missing a crucial piece of the puzzle: an experienced International Marketing Manager with the focus on our home market Finland and other expansion markets. As the International Marketing Manager, you will drive and manage brand development and marketing in the selected markets according to the strategic and business targets of PROfeel®. Your primary objective will be to accelerate our growth trajectory through innovative marketing actions, efficient media planning and brand development. You’ll be expected to build, not just execute—to construct frameworks, challenge assumptions, and bring clarity to the chaos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and governance of the global brand strategy in selected markets
- Ownership, development and operational management of the brand and marketing agenda, incl. marketing plans and MarCom concepts implementation and localization of global assets
- Management and drive of marketing, media and brand activities according to brand business plans to generate additional sales and value for PROfeel®
- Identification of trends, consumer insight, media and digital marketing development, as well as competitor activity to support PROfeel® brand development. Support in the development of category’s future roadmap and plans.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong experience of international marketing and brand development
- Strong knowledge of media strategy, media buy and media metrics
- Solid knowledge of brand management and execution of marketing activities in several markets with various maturity levels
- Minimum of 5 yrs experience in managing growing FMCG brands and portfolios
- Business-oriented thinking and ability to connect marketing activities to solid business results.
- Project management & execution experience
- Fluency in Finnish, Swedish and English is required
